Wanted

So I heard mixed reviews about "Wanted" before I saw it. Some people said it was awesome and then a few friends told me they didn't like it. I, personally, loved it. I'm a huge fan of God, I mean Morgan Freeman, and, for numerous reasons, I'm a huge fan of Angelina Jolie. The film had a relatively big and well-known cast, including Chicago's own Common (the majority of the film took place and was filmed in Chicago), as well as Jolie, Freeman, James McAvoy, and Terence Stamp.

As far as the movie as a whole, it was one of the better action movies I've seen recently. Yes, the slow-down shots got a bit old, but overall, I was just really excited to find out what was going to happen next. I loved the comic relief they incorporated, including a soon-to-be regular quote from Morgan Freeman (I'm not gonna ruin it for those who haven't seen it). I'd have to say that this movie was pretty much a much better and cooler version of The Matrix with better actors and a more attractive main female character.
